    Celebrate Easter and treat yourself to a delicious P’T Easter Treat.

    For our first Easter since re-opening, the Parker’s Tavern Easter Egg was created: a handmade chocolate egg that blends single estate dark chocolate with passionfruit.

    For our first Easter since re-opening, the Parker’s Tavern Easter Egg was created: a handmade chocolate egg that blends single estate dark chocolate with passionfruit.

    Inspired by Chef Tristan’s experience living in the Caribbean, the recipe was created through a visit to a cocoa plantation where passionfruit vines were growing among the cocoa trees.

    The saying ‘what grows together, goes together’, certainly applied to passionfruit and chocolate. Unlike sweeter fruits, passionfruit has just the right acidity to balance the richness of great quality dark chocolate.
