Head Breakfast Chef

Experienced chef to lead a team covering the 6.30am – 11.45am breakfast service for hotel and non-hotel guests. You will be using fresh, locally sourced produce to deliver an inviting buffet and delicious a la carte dishes.

You will bring your proven ability to manage high volume with compromising quality and will be excited to build a team delivering the best breakfast venue in Cambridge.


Junior Sous Chef

You will be an experienced Sous Chef who is confident in training and supervising others throughoutthe kitchen. You will take pride in delvering Head Chef, Tristan Welch’s, vision of providing a delicious taste of Cambridge to our guests.

As well as a stunnign new venue, we are offering a working environment that is open & honest, where your input & creativity will be encouraged and where you will be rewarded for your hard work.


Chef de Partie

You will be an experienced CDP who is looking to progress in a high-quality operation that is offering a career, not just a job. Working under Head Chef, Tristan Welch, will help you develop your technical skill as well as your creativity. You will also be working in a stunning venue including brand new kitchens & equipment.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to make your mark in an establishment that will become renowned for quality, innovation, reasonable work-life balance and a sense of enjoyment.


Commis Chefs

A number of roles are available for enthusiastic individuals with kitchen experience who want to push themselves and create a genuine career in a stunning new venue. If you have a willingness to learn, then we can find a role that matches your current skill level, and can teach you all you need to progress.

The restaurant will be busy all day so you will need to be ready to work hard, but in return you will be treated with openess and respect, will have a good work/life balance and will be compensated for additional hours worked.


Kitchen Porters (Stewards)

You are likely to be a current KP who is looking to join an exciting new venture or a motivated indiviudal looking to start their career with a company that can offer fantastic training and opportunites to develop.

Some kitchen experience is essential but just as important is your poitive attiutde, good communiction skills teamworking and desire to help bring a fantastic experience to our guests time and again.


Bar Staff

A number of full & part time roles exist now for friendly, well presented and attentive individuals who wish to join the team bringing life to this extraordinary venue. The bar will be busy all day and so you will be trained to serve everything from coffee to cocktails with passion and personality, and you will have plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your creativity.

Previous bar experience will be valued but so will a passion for customer service and an understanding of high-end service.


Head Waiters & Waiting Staff

You will be a friendly, well presented and attentive individual with a passion for delivering fantastic service and creating unrivalled experiences for their guests. You will have already gained experience in a quality establishment and be enthusiastic about joining the professional team bringing life to this extraordinary venue.

The restaurant will be busy all day and so you will need to be flexible in your availability to work mornings, evenings & weekends, but we intend to promote a healthy work/ life balance and any overtime hours will be paid.


Restaurant Hosts / Hostesses

You may have previous hosting reservations experience but most importantly you will have a warm and genuine personality and the desire to join the professional team bringing life to our extraordinary venue. You will greet guests, escort them to their tables, liaise with your colleagues to ensure smooth running of all reservations and build your knowledge and relationships with returning guests.

The restaurant will be busy all day and so you will need to be flexible in your availability to work mornings, evenings & weekends, but we intend to promote a healthy work/ life balance and any overtime hours will be paid.


Floor Managers

You are likely to be a skilled floor manager or supervisor with experience gained in a high-quality restaurant and will have the ability to ensure services are run flawlessly and efficiently and that guest expectations are always surpassed. You will lead, motivate and support your floor team and ensure they are receiving the necessary training to maintain the restaurant’s high standards.

You will be an articulate, well presented and confident supervisor who most of all is excited about the opportunity to work and develop with an experienced team in a stunning venue.


Commis Waiters

Enthusiastic, well presented individuals with a passion for food and great service to help make up our first class team. You will support the floor managers, head waiters and chefs in providing memorable guest experiences time and again.


You should have some restaurant/ catering experience and be willing to learn. In return you will work in a fun and supportive environment with plenty of opportunities for progression.
