Restaurant Manager

You will be a skilled restaurant manager with expereince gained in a high-quality restaurant or hotel environment. You will have a passion for fresh, localy sourced food and first-class levels of serice. You will enjoy getting the best out of your well-trained floor team.  You will have the creative flair to help create a unique dining environment but also the practical skills to design & implement the procedures needed to maintain consistently high standards.

Floor Managers

You are likely to be a skilled floor manager or supervisor with experience gained in a high-quality restaurant and will have the ability to ensure services are run flawlessly and efficiently and that guest expectations are always surpassed. You will lead, motivate and support your floor team and ensure they are receiving the necessary training to maintain the restaurant’s high standards.

You will be an articulate, well presented and confident supervisor who most of all is excited about the opportunity to work and develop with an experienced team in a stunning venue.


Breakfast Manager

You will be an experienced and engaging Restaurant Manager ready to lead a well-trained team in providing a first-class breakfast service to guests between the hours of 6.30am – 11.45am. You will bring your proven ability to manage high volume with compromising quality

You will be excited to build a team delivering the best breakfast venue in Cambridge, creating an atmosphere that encourages hotel and non-hotel guests to return to Parker’s Tavern again and again.


Head Breakfast Chef

Experienced chef to lead a team covering the 6.30am – 11.45am breakfast service for hotel and non-hotel guests. You will be using fresh, locally sourced produce to deliver an inviting buffet and delicious a la carte dishes.

You will bring your proven ability to manage high volume with compromising quality and will be excited to build a team delivering the best breakfast venue in Cambridge.
