Parker’s Tipsy Clause

Our new festive cocktail here in Parker's Tavern, the Parker's Tipsy Clause!

Equipment

Blender
A cocktail shaker
Cocktail glass
Some friends to drink it with or not ;-)

Ingredients

Ice
25ml Cambridge dry gin
Elderflower cordial
25ml Lemoncello
25ml Double cream
25ml Simple syrup

Method

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the ice, gin, lemoncello, simple syrup and double cream.
  2. Shake, shake, shake!
  3. Using a cocktail strainer, pour into your cocktail glasses and enjoy!
