Parker’s Tavern is a British brasserie that’s part of the University Arms hotel. The menus focus on simple British cooking, championing local produce from across East Anglia and celebrating producers. Executive Chef Lee Clarke joined Parker’s Tavern in 2024, bringing dishes such as a sharing ox cheek and bone marrow pie, Suffolk pork terrine or dry aged duck with salt baked beetroot. The bar serves a range of English sparkling wines and inventive signature cocktails.
